All orders placed online are from a secure site. Information given when placing a order will be encrypted for your security.

Orders are to be paid for in U.S. funds only. Orders being shipped outside the United States must be at least $500.00 and be paid in advance. Additional shipping charges may be applied.

Items of odd shapes, size, and weight may incur additional shipping charges.

************SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY**********

ORDERS - When an initial order has been placed it is possible to add to it, "ONLY IF ORDER HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED". Add-ons after a completed order will be treated as a totally separate order!

BACK ORDERS - DIXIE RACING, INC. - has "NO" backorder policy except for suits, jackets, and special order items!

RETURN POLICY - If you are dissatisfied with a product, simply return the UNUSED PRODUCT WITH A COPY OF THE INVOICE. Returns must be made within 30 days. Enclose in your return a brief explanation and a return address and phone number. 15% restocking fee will apply.

SHIPPING CHARGES - All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. All orders will be sent COD, Cash, Certified Check, Mastercard, Visa or Discover! A $10.00 charge will be added to your account for every returned shipment. A $20.00 Service Charge will be added to a returned check. Once a customer has a returned check all of that customers orders will be sent COD Cash, or Certified Check only. On all shipping orders, The CUSTOMER needs to CHECK SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY for damage. If packages are damaged, they need to be checked by carrier at the time they are delivered so they can report any missing and/or damaged items. Please notify us immediately if an error is found. Orders picked up at the shop and or track must be CHECKED AND SIGNED for at the time of pick-up.

WHOLESALE PROGRAM - DIXIE RACING requires a state retail or wholesale license for a kart shop or small engine repair only! Once a COPY of this is received a wholesale price list can be quoted and/or mailed to the customer. Kart dealerships and part dealerships are set up through two seperate arrangements.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS - Credit card orders will only be sent to a card holder. Credit card orders cannot be dropped shipped.

WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES - DIXIE RACING,INC. DOES NOT WARRANTY ANY ITEM SOLD, unless manufacturer has replaced products or made adjustments! Damages resulting from design or manufacturing of product is sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Thanks,
